Dr. Sam Gartland, VMD
Dr. Sam Gartland, VMD is a veterinarian with a strong background in emergency and critical care medicine. He grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, and completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Bucknell University before earning his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. After veterinary school he completed a small animal rotating internship at Oradell Animal Hospital and has since worked in both emergency and general practice settings.
Dr. Gartland has practiced at several veterinary hospitals in New Jersey, including Voorhees Veterinary Center and Mount Laurel Animal Hospital, where he focused on emergency and critical care, surgery, toxicology, and internal medicine for small animals.
Outside of his professional work, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his son and pets, and has hobbies such as cooking, traveling, sports, and playing guitar.
